Agreed Stable Limit 25 pets
Agreed NewBs can aquire up to ask for up to 3 pb/themes
Agreed pb/Themes will not be given out if you have 3 pb/ Themes or more
Agreed Can only ask for one theme/ PB from a stall (to prevent theme depletion form stalls)
Most votes No for passing out themes during festivals

For those who are Staying Guild members the first topic to discuss is account age. We all need to agree on a a base newb application/ Entry

My base acceptance right now is 20 days depending on when a festival lands because I Give out themed pets. That way newbs cannot mooch the themed pets. I also don't give out themes during festivals I want Newbe's to actually have a chance to catch their own Themed pets first before giving one out.
