There is only one small village on the road to stop at. But for now, the ride is rather pleasant, even in this gloomy forest.

After a while i urge Splash into a gallop, and we continue our journey. I look at the leaves as we ride by, and observe everything around us as best i can, thinking about if i were a pursuer, how i would follow unseen. Deciding which trails to take, and moving quickly, perhaps through the trees in a forest like this.

The rest of the day is uneventful, and you make camp a little ways off the trail.
The next day you realize that you are down to two meals. You've got to find something to hunt.

I leave camp and head into the forest, marking my way with my knife so i won't get lost. I search around for prey as i go, walking stealthily.

I don't think i am ready for that yet.

I head back, but keep a lookout just in case.

I get back on the road. Gotta keep moving. Keep a lookout for any signs of prey though as i ride Splash.

*Casually walks out of castle and fixes arrow heads to sticks*
