@Faiona,
If we botched our application or made some better example art since we submitted it, are we able to resubmit it or would just sending you the new art be okay?

How long a time do you plan before contacting the people you've chosen? And do you plan to also politely decline those you don't choose?

I have no idea how long it'll take. I will probably be waiting a bit to see as many applications as possible. Once I have chosen which artists that we wish to work with then I will make a post here announcing that we've found our artists.

I have a friend on here that doesn't turn 18 for about another month and a half. Could they still apply, or do they have to wait until then?

@Mythic,
They can still apply...but we wouldn't be able to commission them until they're 18. Since they're considered a minor they wouldn't be able to sign a contract without parent/guardian consent to the contract.

She was nice enough to let me resubmit my image examples after I went and got my tablet out of storage. Gotta remember, our admins are people too! Nice people at that. They wouldn't have this job if they went out of their way to be mean to people.

Question. I know you wrote that you'd prefer someone who lifes close to your timezone. So I was wondering if it's even possible for someone who lives on another continent to become an artist.
