Hmm.. I do agree with all of you about the time frame for the starter bundles. 14 days seems like it is rushing a player into buying something. To a new player it seems like an ad to them in which the player wouldn't want to make an account in fear of having to pay for everything without knowing there is an online currency: Gold or knowing that creating a pet is free for the first time.
I don't know what else to say but that's all I guess. X3

What if you already have a kit of some kind? (like a genetic test kit)

I mean, if you already have the kits then you already have them.
If you decide to get the Enchanted Starter Bundle and end up with duplicates of the kits, just PM me and I can remove them for you as you'll be stuck with them in your inventory otherwise.
But there is no option to trade in / refund or anything like that.

I was planning on purchasing the Enchanted Starter Bundle, just because my friends have gotten me addicted and well, I know such things would come in handy, and I was planning on purchasing some of the items in the bundle either way and the Starter Bundle I think is a great Idea for that.
However, as I don't get paid until next Thursday (within your two week time-frame as it's a new bundle) It doesn't appear in the Diamond Shop for me currently. Not sure if that was just a fluke on my part, or if I actually don't get a change to get the Starter Bundle.
Am I just not seeing it, or is it just actually not there?

It should be visible to you.
Can you take a screenshot of what your Diamond Shop looks like for me?
Mine, for example, with the two Bundles at the top.

Of course, this is the screenshot of my Diamond Shop currently.
I remember it had said "Expires 4/7" just like the ones currently there say "Expire 4/9" but figured that might've been just because the seven would've been my two week mark from joining.

Hmm...
Odd question, but when you are viewing the Diamond Shop, are you logged in?
The items won't appear if browsing the Diamond Shop without being logged in.

Yes, I'm always logged in when I'm either on the computer or even my phone to view any part of the site.
