"Well, when I met Darkness yesterday, she mentioned something about a prophecy that a dragon named Legendhunter had predicted. Although, she only mentioned it- she didn't tell me about the words that were actually said in the prophecy."

This is also a good opportunity to learn about the prophecy from the Shadewing too, she thought to herself.

"I can talk about the prophecy. I'm not deaf," Darkness said without looking down. "I just need to know what it is you want to know, and I can probably tell you. I don't know everything, though. Who does?" She shrugged, shuffling her wings and feeling the bones in her back grate against each other. The sand wasn't doing her scales any favors, either. "Probably not even Legendhunter; she was already Flashed when she got the prophecy."

"Most likely, I can. The Legendhunter Prophecy, as it is known to those who have read it, is about a dragonet from each tribe who will defeat the Flashing somehow, without help from 'the stars,' which I take to be the StarWings. Which means that we - they - are going to find a way to each other and to save the tribes. But they can't just wait for their problems to disappear; they need to step up and solve them themselves. I think I have a copy of the prophecy here somewhere..." Darkness dug into the leather pouch she carried with her, a gift from Kismet, a dragon from when she still lived on the island. "Here it is." She pulled out a small deerhide scroll and unrolled it. "Hopefully you can read it."

Coastal skimmed the scroll for a few seconds "I doubt the Sandwing could be me..." Coastal sighed "I am... Well, a hybrid" Coastal confessed
