After another hour, Midnight finally headed over to his friends, curling up, all his red fur covered in his ball state. Venus slept with her vines wrapped around her ears and nose. Aurora looked like a dead fish the way she slept, besides the occasional slight snoring.

"Rio? Are you still awake?" Jaden poked his partner. Rio's eyes were closed and he didn't respond. He shifted a bit.

"I guess he fell asleep..." Jaden finished his Cheri Berry and curled up beside Rio to sleep.

Venus was the first to wake up, she went through the supplies to make sure they had everything. After thoroughly checking through all of their belongings, she relaxed, inhaling the flavorful air around her.

Rio woke up and stretched, he poked Jaden awake.

"Whoa! What? Where are we? Are we all ready to head to the desert yet!?" Jaden was surprised as he got onto his feet.

"No. We are still wait for Wave and the others." Rio got up and checked their bag to see if their supplies were there.

"Soon." Rio replied. He closed the bag and sat back down near the tree they found.
