At what rate do Brew Pets develop if no one is giving them Brew Agents?
Hopefully someone has figured this out.

I don't know if you're still in need of an answer - but I'm pretty sure it's 1% every hour. If I'm not mistaken, the agents bumped it up to 2% per hour when used!

It's longer for majestic pets though isn't it? What about the other fabled and puff?

I don't have any Fabled brewing, Savynn, but I'm thinking it takes twice as long for them.
