So, I have a fully regenerable Ny'vene and I've decided on the traits that I want to use for it, but I'm having trouble deciding on what Colors I want to use. So! I'm turning to you for help with this.

Rules of the Contest:

2. Be respectful and kind to everyone! :)
3. You may submit up to 3 colorations
4. Feel free to make suggestions on minor tweaks to traits, but keep in mind this contest is for coloration only. ^^
5. You may edit your entries up until the contest ends. Any posts edited after the end date and time will not be counted.

I think that covers everything rules wise.

Some help:
I tend to like bold contrasts. I don't like pink. On the current coloration, the nebula gene doesn't stand out well. I would like to bring it out a little more.

So here is the 'Vene you will be recoloring!


Of Course it wouldn't be a contest without a prize!
So the prize for this contest will be a your choice of a Trait Disruptor or a Perfume of Themed Attraction. I might do some smaller runner up prizes if I decide to use other colorations for other 'Venes.

1) named it "Fire in the night" I really tried using really contrasting colours on this dessigne





2) I wanted to try more .... melting togeather colours and ended up with this, "Treasure of the sea" dessigne



3) Lastly Iwanted some brightness, this one is "All the colours of the wind" I guess ...

Why change? It already has a concept. It has the colors and traits of a fiery fire cavern where dragons live. For me, it's already perfect.

Original Design


Altered Design - Change in Gene 2 (advanced runes to magma runes)


So, I altered only this design as I was not too fond of the gene generally appearing as a shade of white no matter the color assigned (even black in that spot looks white with the gene as you can see in my third design). And I know this from experience as my 6vis project includes the advanced runes and I was none too pleased with how they look. Anyways, I like the magma runes better as you can actually get some color out of them, and it seems more elemental somehow : stars, magma runes like lightning bolts, and leaves in the wind.

@AnnaHeartz While I like the coloration, it's common combination and it's the original colors the person who gifted it to me gave the parents when they designed it. I'd rather come up with a somewhat more unique coloring. There are a lot of options that might blow me away more than what it has now.

@Reviren Thanks for your entries. :) The magenta in the wings actually works. It's pink-pink I don't like. The magenta leans more towards a purple, which is fine with me. :)

If you dont color him that way, I may have to go through and use those colors on one of mine XD Im actually rather fond of them myself.
