I just got a genetic philter on an adventure, but i don't exactly know what they do XD and i don't want to waste it, so i haven't used it yet.
Can anyone help?

Does it say mutator at all in it's name?

No it doesn't, it just says genetic philter

I don't know of anything that is called a genetic philter. Less/greater genetic mutator or philter of x are the only ones that come to mind. However, if you go to your inventory and click on it, it should pop up a description of what it does. I'm kind of curious what it is.
