Could you tell me how you made your team? Like did you put all your proficiency points in one area and level up points too?

Which one are you talking about, the planar shift or the tsunami?
For the tsunami you'll see an icon with a navy blue wave on it the turn before Vorpar. For me, this move didn't appear until the mid-late fight, but it might be different for others,
For the planar shift, I think that happened every 15-30 turns, I'm not sure. It might work like the mend, that it takes some mana and can only be used every 25 turns.
Also, a little icon comes up underneath him one turn before he does his Tsunami move (or whatever it's called that stuns you for five turns). When you see it, you need to block with all pets for the next turn.
It is this. I don't understand it. Says it's under Vopar but I only get the choking mists on my pets.

How far are you usually able to get your pets to? For me the tsunami only appeared in the mid to late fight, so if you can't make much of a dent in his health it might not appear.

I can get him down to about 3/4 of full health then he starts to plane shift and it's before that that I get the choking mists for 3 turns. I'm not sure what I need to do with the choking mists but the plane shift is annoying.

Sorry, had to go afk for a while. I'll see if I can find some screenshots I took of how I've assigned proficiencies and level up points on my pets. I've used the same team setup now for a very long time. However, I have to warn you that my set up is kinda weird. So I'm often hesitant to recommend it. It's just that I haven't lost a battle in so long I've been too scared to change it. The losses in my battle record is from before I started using it.
Battle Record: 252,256-10 (100.00%)
I had no problems at all with Vorpar. But I also had all mythic gear equipped, too.

Okay, I'll link below how I set up my team. However, I want to mention how I think others usually set up their teams. I think most people use a health-based tank. This is a tank that all the proficiencies and level up points go to health. For the non-tanking members of the team I think most people probably put a lot of points into stats instead of abilities. I think regardless it's common to put 5 points of health into proficiencies for non-tanks. Then I do probably the same as most regarding the level up points. 75% into intelligence or strength depending on the pet's proficiency tree. And the 25% into dexterity.
So with my team, I use what would probably be called an agility based shadow tank. It has 10 proficiency points in agility and then goes a bit into abilities. All the level up points go into health to help bring that up.
Then the non-tanks. I usually use a light and fire and used to switch out fire for air for certain fights. I don't want to get into spoilers but fire can be problematic if you're not careful with a certain fight. However, I found it's easier now for me with a max stat team to just keep the fire pet and just be very careful.

Could you check my Griffies to see if I did it right cause the health looks almost equal for the two non-tanks to the tank one

I'm sorry for the delay. We had an emergency so I had to disappear for a while. I'm going to send you some gear in a bit in case I can't get back to you later on today. The illusionist is for the shadow tank, the evoker is for the fire user, and the myrmidon is for the air.
I think it looks okay. It's just switching over to better gear. I'll link you my whole team. My tank has 11,170 health and the other two have 7,870. This is with mythic quality gear.
....Sometimes I wonder how it only took me one try to beat Vorpar. I pile a set amount of points on Health (my front pet gets the most of that and even then it's not much of a tank) and the rest of all points go into either str or int depending on the element... -w- Probably luck and potions. My current team isn't the one I used but it's still a similar build with similar equips... Lol.
