They call me Darkness, and this here with me is Shadow. I got him since he was an eggling. He's been fighting and protecting my village by my side since then.
When I was young, my father, the leader of the Village Warriors, went out to battle their biggest battle yet. Gratefully, the battle ended with my Village being happy. My father's warriors had won. But sadly, my father never again made it back home.
With the anger and sorrow in my heart I wanted to get my revenge, so I trained. I grew up training to be as good of a warrior as my father was. I never wasted my time doing anything else but that. As the years went by, I got better and better, and got to be even better than my father by the age of 18. One day I was training by the river and something got my attention. When I got close I noticed that it was a Kelpari egg, covered in sea weed and sand. I took it into my care. When he hatched, he loved to train with me, so I taught him how to be a fearless fighter.
Shadow and I got our revenge on our enemy, and now its our job to protect our village from other enemies. Our job is hard, but its my job to protect the people I care about. I am willing to help your people, because I know what its like to try to keep your people safe without a brave warrior to help.

Before I judge the entries and award the winners (and participants), I am giving a chance to those who submitted a kelp design before the revamp to edit their submissions in case the look is now ruined.
Those who can edit their designs: Happiness, Bleubird, Maddiebird, Draki, Saerie
No new entries permitted. Others not listed also may not edit their entries.
Deadline for changes: April 27th, 12:00 pm
