Okay, I know these are supposed to be the finalized edits.. and I kinda feel bad for posting this.. but... as much as I really do love the lineart edits.. I can't help but feel like the wings on these are coming up feeling a bit.. flat. I really wish they had more depth shading going on to give sense of them being 3 dimensional. The fold work is so lovely, but you don't get a good sense of depth of field to go with it. It makes me a wee bit sad..
Here is an example to explain what I mean by sense of depth, so you can see that the wings are curved and the back wing on the male doesn't blend straight into his head fins by being the same tonal shade.
Finalized edits below for comparison purposes since it's subtle again.

Do you have an estimate as to when the Ny'vene revamp will be up and running? I am aware it will probably be around June because of all the work that goes into it.

There is no ETA. It will be quite some time.
The process has only just begun and between them, the Spring Festival, and the MegaZone - it may be quite some time before they are finished.
