For the Neph, Maestro or Trill. Aria might also be good (it means a solo from an opera, intended to "show off" the singer's voice.)


For the Puff, Con Fuego (an Italian term that is used in music that means 'with fire') or Accent, also maybe Dissonance?

I was gonna suggest Coda for the Puff, but then I saw that was your name xD

I find Melody and Harmony a bit lame for Sylesti names (If you're trying to go flashy), but those might also work

Bonamy, based off of a French word, which means good friend. Which all Sylesti's should be.

Hyo, which in Japanese means leopard
Aki, which means Autumn

Yogan, which means lava
Sakotsu, which means Collar bone

Let's see. How about "Mulligatawny" for the Nephini? He has the Monarch trait, and the King of Mulligatawny is a character in the book The Queen Who Couldn't Bake Gingerbread. At first, the poor King of Mulligatawny is scorned by the woman he wants to marry because he isn't musical--she only wants to marry a man who can play a musical instrument (specifically, the slide trombone). However, since this is a kid's book, the main characters work everything out in the (hilarious) end.

So your Nephini has the Monarch trait, and he can't play the slide trombone (even though he is brassy in color, like a slide trombone--waitaminute, is there any kind of trombone that doesn't have a slide?). This makes either "Mulligatawny" or "King Of Mulligatawny" a good name for him. Plus, there's not another pet in all of Sylestia who will have the same name--I checked.



Edit: Oh, what was I thinking? Call the Puffadore "Bonetrousle"!

Yup! We have 6 flutes, but only 2 (another boy and I) of us and I play. So yes, I'm a flute :3
