:Kas: No,No,No,No,No! No more Griffi for my hatchery I can hardly mange as it is; and with those sneeky Qitari coming in and using our hatchery to lay their eggs. To much work for me...How do you explain to a baby Qitari that there is no way you could be it's mother when you have a beak and fur and they have hooves and scales? I don't know either, but it's absolutely tiring just trying.
Kas looks up from the counter where she has been arranging more snacks and realizes she has been rambling again. (blushes)
:Kas: Oh dear me, please forgive me I did not hear you come in. Come over here and pull up a stool, and we can chit chat for a bit while I finish baking the lemon cookies.

(Me): When the little Qitari walked in I lost myself. I rushed close to the little thing and gave it a hug around its neck and chest. He nickered softly as I set to grooming his mane. "Aww, you're so cute buddy! What's his name?" I asked the Kringles. The Qitari sat down and laid his head on my lap, and I squealed happily. "Oh, how I love Qitaris."

Blu: oh that's alright Kas, it was my fault my sylvorpa, Snow tells me that I need to stomp my feet or clear my throat or something lol.

:Mystic: I noticed they seem to be a favorite of yours Mews. The little buggers are always squeezing out from under the fences in the pasture whenever they see Kas. The darn things think she is their mother.
:Kas: Thank you ever so much Blu, between decorating and running after babies I'm surprised that I was able to get it done. The human and Kris were no help at all just a bunch of laziness I tell you.
:Mystic & Kris: Hey woman; thats so not true you crazy old bat. we spent the entire day on top of every bloomin rooftop putting up the darn lights for you.
Kas looks at the both of them and then at you winks and turns away. She heads towards the sliding glass door and slowly opens it. Just as she was going to step out, she was hit smack dab in the middle of the forehead by a small flying thing. Upon closer inspection you realize it is a tiny Butterfly Qitari.

While everyone is sitting down talking and having a good time Kas sneaks past them all (don't ask me how) and quietly puts on some Christmas music. All of a sudden she yells...

As Kas mumbled and grumbled, Aaron was a bit too preoccupied with designing his Griffies to notice, though if he had he would have felt bad... Perhaps he'll realize his mistake later, unfortunately he probably won't... Oh well.
The very focused human continued scribbling and muttering to himself as he changed colors repeatedly, trying to make sure they looked just right and thankfully wasn't too enthralled to miss the male Griffi's words.
"I'm doing pretty good, thank you. How are you? Oh, and here's my Griffi design entry, hope you like it!"
He quickly flipped the pad of paper around to show Kris a drawing of two Griffies with a very festive look.
