I know you're busy, Krin, but I just won something really nice when Jinxie popped up on my screen. I picked "top" and got the message that I had won "Ghostly Hellhound (Magenta)"!
However, the item did not appear in my Inventory. I did not think to take a screen capture, because I've never had an item won from Jinxie fail to show up. The incident happened at about 7:25 pm my time on 30Oct15, so that would be about 9:25 pm Sylestia time. At your convenience, please help.

Similar just happened to me with a mojo collector. I didn't think to screenshot either O.o

I too had the same problem with the Mojo Collector being given by Jinxie but not appearing in my bag.

I click jinxie but i dont get message saying ive received anything, and its happened the last 3 times to me

I have been having the same issue with getting things that never show up, twice each now I have had chocolate coins and three or four times Mojo Collectors that I have won and never received : /

I didn't get one mojo collector and 2 chocolate coins... no screenshot unfortunately.

Seriously, I clicked on her once this morning and then not again for 3 hours.... and I have been on pretty much all day.

Where are these popping up at? The old layout pages or the new layout pages?
The new layout is the layout that these Forums use, for example.

Geez, I never think to count my coins or mojo collectors... She says she gives me a prize, I figure it's all good >.< Guess I'll have to watch now. Mine have all been on the Trick or Treating page. Probably about 15 times or so. Wonder if I've missed anything...
