Post a wanted ad in the Item Auctions section, you should probably post some valuable items/pets you are willing to trade. Good luck getting those wings! (seriously though. good luck)

Another possibility, Red, is to hoard your gold until the Festival. What sometimes happens is a player who already owns Angelic Wings will see some item (or pet) they simply must get, and then you can get the player to sell their Angelic Wings for less than they might otherwise want for them (because the player is in a hurry to acquire gold!).
I think Angelic Wings are a Winter Festival item, which means more of them may become available during this year's Winter Festival. If that happens, then the price of Angelic Wings would drop.
