Alright, sneaking my votes in under the wire. Got too wrapped up in the festival and almost forgot...

This is hard, as always, and it's just going to get harder. It's very clear which designs were very popular, and it's clear why. My choices are being made based on how the designs made me feel.

Design #3 - Mardi Gras Sylvorpa
I am currently living in New Orleans, and was here visiting back in February so I got to see a lot of Mardi Gras preparation happen firsthand. These colors can be extremely hard to work with together. I think making the yellow/gold most of the color was a wise choice, and the tail mutation fits the "ornate" quality that Mardis Gras has. I also think that using a Sylvorpa was very smart since this is a town known for it's seafood. Not that I think Sylvorpas look like food...O.o

Design #11 - National Pie Day
I almost DIDN'T decide to vote for this one because it seemed like such a cliche for the pregnant lady to vote for the pie themed design but...these Bulboris are just awesome! As everyone has said they actually kinda make you hungry when you look at them. I don't know how that was pulled off, but the effect is definitely there. Also, I don't know if they changed the shading on the fox tail mutation or is the contestant just colored it in the right way to make the mutation look more natural, but it looks great here. I was excited about the fox trail mutation because it was really cute, but it never looked like it really belonged there.

No, unfortunately the way I ran this contest you had to sign up beforehand. I plan on running another season when this was is over there so I can put you on the list to be pinged when I hold sign ups for that one.
