Downtime Begins: 6/15 at 6:30PM
Downtime Length: 1 Hour

I apologize for the short notice. We are attempting a different method to restore a backup in hopes that we can recover the data that we've lost.

I hope this process won't take long, so I'm setting the estimated downtime to be 1 hour.

Thank you for your patience and understanding! Hopefully everything can be resolved soon and things can go back to normal. =)

I have great news! This alternative method worked and I will be able to restore the pet types and gardens to what they were as of 4am June 10th: 10 hours before the downtime. =)
