Hey Colonel Happy birthday in advance! Hope you get to eat lotsa cakes and goodies to celebrate ( 'w' )
Hope you enjoy the costume design too. After designing all that I kinda wish I had those items for my avatar as well (>-<'!!) haha the hazards of entering design contests (pun not intended but it somehow came out)

Edit: Oh man. Upon second look at the contest rules, I realised I've left out the naming component :(
I call the look "The Special Shimmer". I feel that everyone's special and that to their loved ones and friends, their existence would be like a shimmer of sunshine against the dark rainy clouds of life. And when there's rain and sunshine, there's always a good chance of rainbow nearby (hence the rainbow bow lol) :D Sunny colours were primarily given cuz I like the playful look your avatar has currently and thought it'd go really well with warm colours.

Oh, I am loving the designs so far, everyone! Some amazing colour combos and avatar item combinations I've never tried before :D
