Hey I have several eggs that I was waiting to hatch till I got the prismatic philters for them, but I just checked on them they are all hatched!!! I DID NOT allow them to hatch! I have left eggs alone to wait on hatching longer than this before...so I have no idea what to do.... I NEEDED them all prismatically philtered!
Can eggs even audo hatch after a set number of hours? Do I need to tell Krin about this?

Eggs will auto-hatch after a certain amount of time after they're ready to hatch but I can't remember how long after they're ready to hatch that it is.

I'm sorry. It's happened to me before where I've accidentally forgot and it's just too late. I wonder about a suggestion for an adult version of the philter but maybe making it more expensive to balance it out? If it hasn't been brought up in the suggestion forum it should go there though. It might not be a good idea but throwing it out there as a possible solution for these situations.
