I was thinking that there should be battle music in the festival zones and the region maps when you enter battle just like the other two previous reigons that you enter. You know, instead of a battle with no music. Things should be fun when you battle:3
The battle feels boring without the music. Just wanted to suggest this:3

I'm curious if there will be more varied music for the new zones and *interface* (notice how the music is on the *old* interface while there's no toggle for music on the *new* interface).
At first, I liked all the tracks, but after awhile, the same 2-3 tracks or so get boring (or surprising when you forget about how hight your volume was on your computer). I got used to doing my dungeons in silence, or pull up my youtube playlist in another tab, if I really need it. c:
If more music is added, it'd be cool if there was a place to access all the tracks (like an on-site player) without being in battle. c: (for people who wanted to listen to the defeated song that plays when your team is defeated, without actually losing a battle)

Music is one of those things that we'd love to implement it seamlessly, but it's much harder to do in actuality and then you get to the point of having to decide if it's worth all of the effort.
Finding free (I say free, but I really mean free license) music to use with no strings attached is pretty hard. We did that for the original region but of the couple dozen tracks we had access to, we only liked a few of them. Ideally, we wish every zone - or at least every zone 'theme' - had its own track. In addition to a variation of battle music and even additional sound effects - like finding objects, etc. You can even toss in battle animations and ability effects while I'm at it lol.
But again, it all comes down to the balance of resources vs what you benefit by having it be there. We'll definitely revisit the fluff department when we revamp the explore system. But I can't make a promise at this point.
At least you can know though that we do wish it to be there (and more) - we just would have to figure out a balanced way to achieve it.

I understand. I have my own music while I fight. But It was just an idea, I just wanted to bring that up:3

I once suggested battle animations but someon said that it would just make Sykestia even slower >.>
