I have a creature that is unconscious and I don't have the money or anything to bring it back, any idea how I could at least somehow get 500 more coins?

Hello! You can disband that pet from the party, because then its supposed to heal. If you can next time, bring revival potions or exilirs. And if you want, trade me a cheap item for 1k.

I'm new, but I noticed if you disband your pet from your party, it will either heal itself OR you can revive your pet in the stable for 100 gold, then add the pet back into your party.

As has been said, you can simply remove it from your party and let it heal naturally with time. As for making gold, do missions which you can find in the barracks in Esiors Haven. They give you gear, gold, experience, and elixirs/potions that you can use to heal your pet either in or out of battle respectively. The more missions you do and the more regularly you assign them, the more gold you can build.
