The pricing is described at the bottom of the post:

Once we approve your submission, we will deduct the Diamonds from your Account, create the items, and send them to you via Trade.

The price for ordering custom Monthly Avatar items is the BASE COST of the Avatar Item (as determined in the Avatar Shop) plus 100 Diamonds. You can place orders for additional copies of the item for an additional 100 Diamonds per copy.

For example: If you want to order a custom Held Item that costs 100 Diamonds, it will cost 200 Diamonds (100 + 100).

I'm working towards a tester and was wondering about how often these sales are? I'm not a paying member so I've never really paid attention to these. Now I'm super close [720 Diamonds!] and know that I need to start paying attention since I'm not going to be able to get the gold for 300 diamonds in a matter of days.
