There seems to be an issue causing some players not to receive their Diamonds after making a purchase. Please note, that when purchasing Diamonds, unless you're paying through an E-Check you should receive your Diamonds in less than 5 minutes. If it takes longer than that, please send me a PM so I can take a look.

There seems to be an issue in the processing part that's causing some transactions to error out. I've contacted our Host and hope to have the issue resolved soon.

I'm not quite sure what's causing some transactions to error out and others not to, but the majority of transactions have gone through perfectly fine.

Additionally, this issue is on our end - not PayPal's. I can easily go through PayPal and reprocess the transaction if an issue arises. =)

For those who have had issues, again, please just let me know so that I can fix it for you. Thank you!

We are still working to resolve this issue with our Host.

Again, if you are still waiting for your Diamonds to arrive, please send me a PM so that I can take a look and see if I need to manually reprocess your transaction. I believe there are still a few players who haven't received their Diamonds based on the amount of errors in our error log. So please let me know!

Hopefully this issue is now fully resolved. We will continue to monitor it though and make sure. However, I still believe that there are players who have bought diamonds but didn't receive them and never came forward to me. Please do so so that I can give you your diamonds!

Additionally, through this process, we discovered that since July 18th, our email systems have been down. For anyone who has tried to contact us via email during that time period, we apologize.

We can confirm that the email systems are now operational again.

@Krinadon I'm not sure if it would really help but what about putting a message regarding the matter for maybe a day where the site message is to help track down any people who still haven't come forward?

Oh. I don't think we would ever do that. Would be an unnecessary use of server resources.

mmh something that could be done in the future when sylestia expands beond one single machine
