I know the layout of the maze quite well now and have been a couple steps away from my last egg a few times now so I'm doing a little better. I play the egg hunt a LOT (I pretty much have my computer attached to me. lol), but so far my luck with the egg placement hasn't been that great. Now I mainly aim for the chests, golden eggs, and nests. :)

That's the same with me. I always have at least one or two eggs at the end of a long corridor that will waste 50 steps getting in and out...

I just want to point out this thread here in the Player Guide section - Spring Festival Egg Hunting Tips. A very nice user made a guide that seems to be really helpful, if you haven't taken a look I would. :)

I am pretty happy with the way I hunt, generally get around all the areas. (though I generally ignore the chests.)
I generally get all 20.

I get at less 17 eggs at every time and got all egg twice.

I've completed it a second time! The tips were rather helpful and luck in the placing of the eggs was on my side. :)
