That would be a themed pet. Named are rare spawning NPCs that drop loot.

The Week of Love Festival is now 100% finished! (yay)

The Dynamic Event is now active in the festival zone. Be sure to help save the Week of Love Festival by defeating the Queen of Hearts and her bandits!

Also, we have added the remaining themed pets to the Wheel of Love. These include a themed pet for the Lighira, Ryori, and Griffi.
