Since spring not only hosts St. Patrick's day, but also the Oireachtas Rince na Cruinne (World Championships of Irish Dance) I decided to base my entry off of my favourite hobby, Irish Dance!. Being an Irish dancer myself (not at Worlds yet though!) I present a crappy drawing of a big part of Ireland's widespread culture:
Irish Dance Champion's Set (IDCS)!
Head: Girls wear the ridiculous looking wigs that you see, while boys get to chill and not suffer with 5 extra pounds on their heads.
-Recolours:Can be recoloured into natural hair colours (E.g. IDCS Wig [Auburn]
Outfit: In competitive Irish dance, dancers wear their unique solo dresses. I used my own design as a reference to create my drawing. While girls wear dresses, boys wear a vest and pants with their design. Completed by Hardshoes (the loud ones that make the clicky noises)
-Recolours: I think the easiest would be to simply change the colours on my design, for example blue instead of black and silver instead of yellow [Seafoam]? (E.g. IDCS Solo Dress [Bumblebee]) my nickname for my own lol.
Held: Gold medal cause everyone here deserves one! We're all champs in our own ways :).
-Recolours:Changing the colour of the ribbon? (E.g. IDCS Gold Medal [Royal Blue])
Cloak: 1st place sash, usually given out to top 3-5 competitors
-Recolours: Different sash colours (E.g. IDCS Sash [Aquamarine])
