Whoa, thank you very much for 12!

'Way back when I took neuropsychology, the professors and textbooks taught that tea did not contain the chemical caffeine, as such, but rather a caffeine analogue (which was legally allowed to be listed on food labels as "caffeine"). Thanx to this clue and its answer, I did some reading and discovered that research now shows there's actual caffeine in tea (as well as the analogue).

So I learned something new! And because of my previous mistaken idea most likely would never have figured out 12 before learning this.

any chance we can get any hints for 4 and 15? Genuinely just stuck on what those might be on our end at least

(but boy howdy, definitely wouldn't have gotten some of these without those other hints)

okay, I did get 15 eventually, but 4 and/or 9 is ??? because what I have for 4 as a possibility doesn't line up with either of the possibilities we have for 9 and we just *lies on floor*
Probably the issue is 9. I was really just guessing with that one because the clue is uh. What. (me, holding a spa business named 'zen day' up in bafflement and then trying to and probably failing at being in a crossword mindset)
