Both are good names, but I like Faerie Grove best.

The Green/Yellow mix throws me off a bit - I like the other colours, but they don't seem to blend very well to me. Maybe try some other colours and see if they fit better?

Firstly, thank you!
I really love the female Aeri, but I do agree with Silver that it needs a bit of variation because only that specific combo really works with the palette, alone.
I like the Draeyl, Griffi, Neph, and Nyte.
I like the Rikki, but the name doesnt seem to fit to me. Looks more like... Driftwood, maybe? or something else.

Hello! Thank you for the suggestions and name ideas - all of my designs should be properly named now :D I'll look at your designs in a few moments after breakfast (soggy cereal, anyone?), but at a first glance, they are very pleasing to the eye, and very vibrant :)
On second thought, bye cereal, and hello PB&J.
The design above (summer tanager aurleon) is great at depicting the brightness of the bird in question, and has wonderful potential! If you look at some reference images, though, you can probably see that some of them are yellow (females) and others are orange or orange-red (immature male). Here are some photos.
I changed some of the colors, and added yellows/oranges here and there. Previously, the two accent colors were pure white, and some of the other slots (such as the eye color) were pure black. Of course, there's nothing wrong with this, but if the design were chosen, and pets of that theme were created, then there would be a color swing, and the pure white could become light blue, green, or some other color. Same with the black. It's better to have the pale/dark colors lean towards a specific shade - so instead of pure black/white, a dark/light red, yellow, green, etc. would probably be better:

I actually like your design a good bit better.
And good notes about the colour swing - I didn't know the whites could become green, etc.
