I play java minecraft. My tag's AnakinsLeftShoe, and sometimes I stream on twitch under the same name :p

So I have been noticing some issues. Mobs are disappearing, the Dragon Egg teleported itself into the empty End space after I chased it for a ridiculous amount of time, and animals are somehow escaping their fenced in enclosure. How do I report this to Minecraft?

I'm not sure about the mobs disappearing or the animals, but the dragon egg is more than likely because you're trying to break the egg itself. When you try to break the egg itself it teleports to another block. Instead dig down two blocks underneath it, place a torch and the break the block that the egg is on top of. This will make the egg fall onto the torch and break and then you will be able to pick it up and place it in your inventory.
Also I play bedrock but I can't remember my tag because it's autogenerated and I need to change it but I'm gonna post it when I change it cause I need more people to play with :)
