Oh, I'm so sorry I didn't reply sooner ^^" I usually don't check threads unless I'm pinged. I think I'd prefer just him interning with Red Riot as I think making him related to red riot would wind up changing a bit too much of his backstory/his aspiration for becoming a hero. At least if I did it it would? I change things that don't typically need changing for fluidity and sometimes it just fiddles too much with how I think the character's personality would be like.
