Update: The issue seems to be fully resolved now and stuck transactions have now been fully processed.
Hello, all. PSA here.
About 9pm last night, PayPal began having issues verifying the IPNs (Instant Payment Notifications) that they send to our server to notify us of a valid sale. This is causing us to be unable to verify a transaction, thus not able to actually process the transaction and add the Diamonds.
At this time, this appears to be an issue affecting multiple users of the IPN system, so I would imagine PayPal is investigating and will get this resolved ASAP.
If you make a purchase of Diamonds before this is resolved, it's very likely your Diamonds will not show up until this is resolved or until I manually process your transaction (a bit tedious, but do-able). As of the time writing this, there are a few pending transactions that are in limbo. I will manually process these if this issue is not resolved by the time I wake up tomorrow (going to bed now).
As soon as the issue is resolved entirely, I will update this thread.
Seems like one thing after another this week. =P But this one is entirely out of our hands and not our doing!

Not planning on buying anything from anyone via PayPal until the 26th at the soonest, they should have it fixed long before then..

They have a long history of it, it's not a new thing.

Just as an update. This issue seems fully resolved now and those who had stuck transactions have had their transaction fully processed.
