The rabbit tries to kick away, but it's too weak to move even an inch.

The cougar stares at it, then you, then back to the rabbit. It brings its face close to the struggling animal and opens it jaw slightly, intending to nip it on the spine and make it fully deceased.

She pokes the cougars nose "heyyyyyy no! mine!" she says poking the cougars nose some more *poke poke poke*

Shiawase glares at him. "Stop it. You're acting like a baby yourself."

The cougar pulls its head back, licking its nose - it's not sore, just unexpected.

The pup, still curious, stretches its head up and sniffs at the rabbit.

(bahhahaa I love this scene in an evil sort of way)
Rin shoots Itami and Shiawase a sideways glance. Nothing too aggressive, as that would probably be not so safe.

Big surprise, Itami says, waving it off. You do realize you don't need to relay everything he thinks, right? You're not a messenger.

"Itami, for everything that is and ever was, just - stop," Shiawase says, exasperated. "Riling Kanashimi up won't bring anything forth; it'll just make them more exhausted." In one swift movement, she picks Kanashimi up and slowly walks into the house. "Come on. There's a chair in here somewhere. . ."

Itami watches them enter and then turns to you. Well, you've been quiet. Penny for your thoughts?
