I scan the area for a heavy object that won't break my arms as soon as I try to lift it.

you find plenty. you gain a level in speed

I lay out the sticks, stones, and arrows from my quiver in various complicated patterns. I study the orders before closing my eyes and attempting to correctly recite the patterns. Then I mix up the objects to create new sequences. I continue this for 3 hours. Then I look for a forest.
