As she talks, you notice Newt and the other nerdy girl both looking equally bored. But they're shuffling along-Newt even put down his book. Guess maybe this counts as part of your grade? Who knows. BUt at least you're not wearing the actual costumes-that'd be a nightmare.

The teacher just shakes her head at you, then assists antoher student with a tricky step.


Behind the teachers back, the nerdy girl flashes you a grin before facingfront again.

Basically it says, "The biy who just ran out has the last name Dukeworth, not danials."


I muffle my laugh and write back "Hey maybe he just really wanted to be a daniels."

Perhaps. Hard to tell with him, although it would make sense. Although Mr. Ghosting calls evveyrone the wrong names-last semester he called me San Diego and my sister was really mad because she kept getting aksed if her name was Carmen.
