Name: Casey Hernandez

(Approx.) Age: 17 (almost 18)

Species (feel free to make something up, they can really be anything): Human (aka Sven can't think of a fitting species.)

Aliases/Titles: The Angel, or just Angel. (Some rowdy men call him "Angelita", these are the guys who think he is female.)

Appearance: 5'6 with messy auburn hair, tan skin, baby blue eyes, a beauty mark on his left upper lip, and wayfarer glasses. The region he comes from is rather hot, so his clothes are a bit on the light side. Black tanktop, a russet red cloak with a folded collar , and a banged up leather messanger bag he keeps all of his stuff in. He wears dark brown cargo shorts with black tights underneath and scuffed up light brown felt boots. Add on a worn leather braid that he calls a necklace, and some black fingerless gloves to match his tanktop and we're all good. (He has pierced ears, but nothing to put in them.) In addition he has a tattoo on his back, for every person he didn't save he adds a feather in commemoration (not right away, as he's travelling a lot, but he remembers the number and gets it done when he comes back around). Maybe one day it will be a full pair of angel wings-- Casey hopes it never does. (He currently has three feathers, and one more he needs to get done.)

Alignment:With the people. He doesn't believe in a government ruled system and will always walk on the side of the people. (in other words, he's a good guy who hates injustice.) Somewhere between Lawful Good and Neutral Good. He does what he personally thinks is good, but gives equal treatment to everyone. Even if your a bad guy, he will try and help you. You personally-- he won't do anything *for* you.

Personality: Casey is shy. Meek. He's easily entertained and not the brightest person-- but he tries his best. His intentions are always good, even if they dont turn out that way sometimes. He's easy to embarrass and rather humble about himself. Not everything about him is positive though, once he deems something as bad, its very hard to convince him otherwise. Even more so if the rest of the population believes the same thing also, as he'll probably just parrot them, good luck trying to change his mind on something. He's also very gullible. Has a habit of stuttering that he's not quite over yet. (He doesn't really show it, but he's kind of a hopeless romantic.) Naive, innocent, he will heal you even if your a criminal. He won't approve of your carreer of course, but he feels its his duty to save anyone he can-- even if he doesn't personally believe or agree on the others opinions. (He's probably a Hufflepuff.) Can be a bit like a five year-old. Very 'sensitive' (read: crybaby, snowflake.) Polite, has excellent manners.

Backstory (sensible, dramatic, and sensibly dramatic): Casey mostly grew up an orphan, his family was separated when he was five because of a small civil war that had been going on in his region. He was cared for by a neighbor until he was six when he was 'donated' to a travelling merchant boat-- doing stuff like cleaning below decks, sewing sails and clothes, aiding the cook, and-- once he was older-- being sent on supply runs when they docked. Doing this he learned how to sow well and did work across multiple different ships as an errand boy until he was fourteen when he left the trade.

Fortunately, his ability didn't manifest until he was off the ships.

Since then he's been-- well this term is a little to modern but-- a hitchhiker. (In other words, he was sold to pirates.)

Likes: Casey is fascinated by anything mechanical, not that he pretends to understand any of it. You'll probably find him wandering around a high-rise city like an enamored toddler, gawking at the architecture and machines. People. Fruits (particularly melons).


Dislikes: Fish. Reason? They stink. Also he ate a lot of fish as a child. A lot. Theft. He might have worked on a few ships that did... unsavory business-- but he doesn't like petty theft. Spiders.

Fears: Not being able to save anyone. (He knows he can't save everyone, but the thought of not being able to help anyone truly frightens him.)

Abilities:
There are two aspects of his general Healing ability.

The energy buff rundown: Passive stat buff. Always on. Boosts energy levels and promotes minor healing (cuts, scratches, scrapes, bruises), can effect multiple people at once. Effects last 24hrs. Can be nullified to only effect the people very close to him, as long as they are close to him.

The major healing ability: Can heal major wounds such as stabs, slashes, piercings, and internal damage. Fractured, broken, and cracked bones can be healed, but only if they are still relatively in place. He can't heal deafness, blindness, or crippled limbs. He cannot reattach limbs even if he has them fresh, the best he can do it close the wound.

The victims drawback: Your going to feel incredibly drowsy and may pass out, you will always have a spotty/hazy memory. But other than that, you'll be good as new.

His drawback is: His healing won't work on that person/persons again for a week, even his energy buff won't have any effect. The wound has to be fresh (within the day), if you damage a wound again to "make it fresh" the healing will be spotty at best, it won't completely heal, and might just end up making things worse so its not recommended. He can't use it on multiple people at once and has a five minute cooldown between heals. So in a situation where he has two injured people, he will have to prioritize one and hope the other will still be alive in five minutes.

The types of people he can't heal/save: Ones whose heart has stopped beating. Decapitation. Brain damage. Poisoned wounds/and/or people. Someone whose lost too much blood.

Current Ambitions? Just doin' his thing, saving people and travelling. Right now his only goal is to find a way into another world, as he's already explored most of his own. You'd be surprised how many nearly-dead people you can accidentally stumble upon.

Other: The general population knows him pretty well, and has nicknamed him 'Angel' since he brings people back from the brink of death, and yet when they wake up he's gone. People actually theorize whether or not he's a guy or a gal (due to the drawback on his major healing ability). He's mostly oblivious to these rumors, but gets very red when he hears anything Angel (or Angelita for that matter) related is brought up. His identity is a complete mystery, with maybe one or two other Legends knowing.

He enjoys mingling with people, and hearing what everyone has to say (he is an excellent listener). He honestly doesn't think of himself as a Legend, just a citizen with the power to save some lives and make people happier. He doesn't hold any negative views towards the population as a whole. In this way, he is very naive. He thinks that everyone can be good, some just don't have the means too-- or the motivation.

Mystery Aspect: Nobody really remembers who he is or what he looks like, since his energy buff is so passive people don't notice, and the drawback of his major healing ability inflicts drowsiness.

With real-world nationalities, he is Spanish.

He can read maps like an expert, but only has a rough grip on actual reading and writing.

Angelita means 'little angel'.

Aliases/Titles: Prince of Moon, "That kinda odd guy that does nothing and does everything", "Creepy" (as in someone saying, "You're creepy)

Alignment: Mostly good, though he might seem bad.

Personality: He happily works with (not for )anyone who deserves it and can't bring hismefl to kill. He's a bit withdrawn and his mood is usually not in the positives, so don't take his insults to heart, if he's not making death threats on you it's a good thing.

Backstory: Involves a lot of confusion. I'l ldeal with this in the morning.

Likes pomegranates, pigeons, STEM, being crafty and creative

Dislikes pineapples (allergic)

Fears Losing the few people he has connections with

Abilities Teleportation. Badly.

Current Ambitions? Don't die, don't stand out, don't fall through more rifts. Oh and definitely don't get more "gifts" from Lishian.

Abilities: He can write on anything if he concentrates hard enough. It feels like a needle stabbing you as he "writes" and the ink is hard to remove.
