You could smell a mouse upwind
Move so the mouse is downwind from me (it's scent is coming in my direction so it will have leszs of a chance to smell me)

They suddenly took a sharp turn and the ground got momentarily boggy before you reached a break in the trees with a large mud puddle. Lioncall and Taigapaw were there. lioncalls pelt was, well.. muddy.
