Sunburst and Piper both joined in the laughter.

Frost took a bite of a pancake. "Mhm, Wow, My conflamenths to da cthef!" she said, swallowing.

Everyone laughed.
Piper guessed what Frost was saying. "Oh, thank you it was my grandmother's recipe."

"Is Blood still asleep?" Frost asked after she wolfed down most of her food cleared her plate.

"Oh, Blood practically never sleeps." Piper answered clearing plates from of the table. "We don't know where she is but if your looking for her check the hill over looking the house."

Frost got up and helped her. "I was just curious," she said.

Piper put the dishes in the dishwasher and set the soap in the little square slot, closed the silver colored door, and ran it.

Frost left the kitchen, still smiling. She stopped by a window and looked outside, the sun's warmth felt good on her fur.

Blood overlooked the entire Silver Park. The breeze flew through her fluffy red fur and made her shiver."I wish my jacket hadn't gotten destroyed in our previous mission." She sighed. She pulled of her black neckerchief and studied the scars on her chest.


Ruby dodged panting. Her friend looked the same yet he wasn't. "Please Ruby. Help. Me..." He shook with the electricity that shocked him from the hidden chip planted somewhere on him. "I'm trying." She said sadly dodging his sword. She backed up, which was a mistake. She felt a sharp pain in her chest as her vision starbursted red. She turned around facing a robot its sharpened prong was smeared in blood. Her blood Ruby thought sick of the sight. Then...

Blood snapped out of her flash back and tied her neckerchief back on.

Frost sighed and sat down on the couch in the living room, putting on the news, though quickly changed to the weather channel when she saw that they were still giving details on the rescue mission.
