Per Krin's replies on this thread about the same issue around the same time (also involving a Star Crossed griffi, but with a vulnyx on the other side lol), it seems that when the generator was updated, Krin did something to prevent this from happening anymore. Given that I haven't heard anything about any more switched at birth eggs in the last 8 years, it seems like the glitch was fixed.
