I nod, quickly darting off into the woods, glancing back for a second before running towards camp. I keep any eye and ear out for any other patrols, sniffing the air as I run.

Dappledpaw suddenly looked worried and he started to move his paws in a skittish way

hm? DappledPaw? what's wrong? *looks up at him*

He seemed to be struggling to not smile, hiss, and his eyes seemed to be a mix of emotions. He then huffed and quietly muttered, "How do you want to explain this to.. anyone? You're still an apprentice."

You reached camp quickly, unable to find any patrols in the forest. Crimsonstar jumped down, he looked worried and his apprentice was nearby. Dappledpaw left Clawpaws side and dashed over to you.

Dappledpaw sprung up and dashed over to the camp entrance where a tired and bleeding Featherpaw had ran in.

I huff "ah it's fine! I'll be getting my warrior name anytime now anyway it's about a moon or so away so it's not that big a deal. Besides it's not like this is the first time an apprentice is expecting." I reassure him easily

Crimsonstar looked down at Featherpaw, "See Petalwater. Clawpaw, Dappledpaw, Berrybush, Goldenrose will come with us" it was a big patrol, but he looked worried. he seemed to be unsure if more cats would turn up, "Featherpaw, where were they attacked? By what?"

Pantherpaw shrugged, "Crimsonstar won't let me become a warrior" he growled, "He's so fussy, got to be perfect like Flickeringpath"
