"No i mean like he's willing to do it, especially if it means he can get out of doiing "normal" activities, but he's the kind of perosn who pretends not to want the job and then he does it when you least expect it. It's kinda weird but he's good." Aoi explained. "of course you also hvave to get over the fact he may or may not have killed someone...."

"That's...a little random, but there's worse, I guess," Liam said with a nervous laugh. "Nothing is urgent right now anyhow. I mean, if you think we should ask, then we can. But we can also just sorta...chill."

Ulima nodded, "Yeah, it's just so strange finally having a family after being in the orphanage all my life." She looked at Aoi, "Huh? Who do you think he killed?"

"Chill?" AOi had never heard the word before.

"It means to relax, have fun, and not work. Three things i absolutely hate." Nicote said as he wandered through the kitchen and out a back door.

"...Oh. Um, where are you going?"

"Out."

"You hate sunlight."

He didn't answer.

"The orphanage people said he killed Tammy Lynne. But i don't believe them."

Liam tipped his head. "Was that him? Who's Tammy Lynne?"

"She was a kid at the orphanage, a few people found her body.. Or at least what remained of it." Ulima explained, "I guess Nicotine wasn't a big fan of Tammy but do you really think that he would do something like that?"

"I don't think so. For one thing, those two were practically glued to each other. Why would Nico want to kill the one perosn who actually liked him? Back when we were younger and he was more open, he said he'd give anythign to have someone love him like that when he saw a family passing b-" Her eyes suddenly grew wide. "Wait...that expalins it...why he's so introverted...After Tammy died he started getting less and less social. It's like he was doing great for one year, the year Tammmy was there, and then suddnely he just....died i guess?"" She shrugged. "And yes. That goth kid that just passed was Nicote. PRobably going out to go carve his thingys in peace."

"Oh." A solemn expression crossed Liam's face. "That's sad. Well, carving can be relaxing, and a good way to get frustrations out."

"Yeah...He makes really good carvings, I actually have an old one here." She pulled out a small necklace with a small piece of wood in place of a gem. It was carved with some pretty intricate designs for a spike and knife. "Maybe that's why he makes so many?"
