Elenor stilled when she saw movement in the bushes. It was from the same place as before.

Well, well, she thought, stretching her limbs. This will be incredibly useful.

Fast and efficiently, she sprinted horns-first at where the movement had come from.

There was a flash of light as the golden fireball struck, and as it faded it revealed...

The hunter, unharmed. The pale metal mask with the sun engraved on it still glowed slightly, as well as the hunter's gauntlet made of the same material with the same engraving that was held over their eyes.

The dragon roared, limping to their feet. A great, scorched bite mark ruined their shoulder, their arm now hung limply at their side.

"Your golden flame is useless against your father's armour," the hunter laughed. "And he only constructs more and more every day. You'll find yourself helpless soon enough."

The hunter lowered their horns and charged, stumbling as they ran. It was a doomed attempt - weakened by the golden flame, the hunter would be easily finished off.

He strike again this time his jaws clamping around the neck of his foe, not even bothering cooking a hole in the other dragon's flesh he thrash him around like a rag doll until all life was gone from him. Dropping now dead hunter to the ground he went to look for the potential second foe, taking mental note to check the armor part once he was done.

Zilla stood up. She looked at the charging dragon and quickly flew up and away from her. She knew she couldnt fly away from her the entire time but wasnt sure that trying to fight was a better option. Still, she flew down to the ground a few feet away so she could at least try to fight her off.

Elenor spun to the other dragon's new location and jumped, barrelling into the dragoness faster than she could react and knocking her to the ground. She stood over the other dragon, face emotionless. "Don't cause me any trouble and you'll be fine," she said flatly. "Actually, please do. It'll help me make this look good."

She held her talons over the other dragoness' neck. It was in no way meant to hurt the other dragon - just to make sure she stayed there. Elenor had no intentions to harm her anyway.

She turned to where Skaaul had just been fighting, keeping an eye on the dragoness.

Zilla gave her a confused look. She stayed still for a moment then growled. She looked around a bit to see if there was any way she could get out of this. Though the dragon had said she wouldnt hurt her if she didnt try anything, she still didnt like being pinned like this. With another growl, Zilla bit on to the other dragons claw then tried to scramble away.

His gaze soon fell on the two dragoness and he growl reconizing Elenor he mentaly curse himself, he knew he should have snap her neck at the first encounter, those who were not his friends were his ennemy " You, leave her alone and fight me !"

Elenor peered down at the dragoness, switching hands but this time holding her closer to her head, so she couldn't bite again.

"You're not my target, don't you understand?" Elenor looked at her claw, with dents where the teeth had bit down. It wasn't mortal, she'd suffered worse.

"As soon as I'm finished you're going free," she added. She couldn't grasp why the dragon would try to break free - Elenor wasn't a threat to her. Though really she probably didn't understand because of her upbringing - if she was normal, she would realise the other dragon's discomfort. "Just put up with it."

She looked around for Skaaul. When he arrived, what he'd see was his companion pinned down and seconds from being killed - helpless to prevent it. What was actually happening would be completely different.

"I think she's already been left by herself enough today," Elenor said. "Instead, how about I keep her company for now? The alternative you would find less appealing, I can assure you."

Her mentors would be proud. She quickly squashed the thought - she didn't need their pride.

Zilla squirmed a beneath her. A mixture of growling and whimpering came from her. She didnt want to put up with it like she said. Though, eventually she gave up and laid still.
