Pelegrin was soo concentrated on attempting to coordinate his movements that the presentence of another dragon didn't even register in his brain for several seconds.
When he finally looked at him, he remained slack-jawed with widened eyes for several more beats, as he studied his appearance. Soil and amber, forests full of gold. Pretty.
Then his brain caught up again. "Oh- Yes, yes, I'm aware? It was not on purpose-- Dear Black Marshes, I would not dare that. If it came to a fight, I would be folded as a page from a book. There's just, well, too many people. I'm sorry."

He growls softly, disliking the fact that Pestmer wanted to hide her missing eyes.

He laughed, ``Trust me, I do it all the time. I have poisonous bristles on my tail.`` He lifted his tail above his head to show him.

Varks laugher was met with Peregrins bright grin. His soft eyes squinted when the wound on his face ached but the grin remained firmly in its place.
The area vertically the injury was cleaned of scales, and the uncovered flesh was sunburned to pale brown color. A chuck from both the upper and lower lip was missing and bronze, jagged teeth were displayed to the outside World.
"That's fascinating- And must be sort of bothersome sometimes too, right? I can relate."
The four blades on his tail tipped up and down slowly, sending a little wave Varks way before Pelegrin let the tail slip from his shoulder and unceremoniously flop onto the pavement.
"Huh, you do seem to have quite an effect on crowds! I have not been knocked off my feet in the last twenty seconds. You have my thanks, kind stranger."
