Slightly uneasy, I inspect the doll. <<Hopefully I wont get cursed from this...>> I mutter underneath my breath.
The old man followed your gaze, and gave a small shrug. "I've never seen him before, so I suppose he must be a traveler. At my age, you stop paying attention to people so much and start paying more attention to the fleeting things, like ducks."

As you inspect the doll further, you can see that she is intricately made. Her elbows are bent slightly, and her face is rather pretty. You hold her up a little higher to get a closer look, but then her eyes open and she blinks at you twice.
What do you wish to do?
a) Speak with her
b) Scream
c) Drop her
d) Run
e) Smash her

(Ah, sorry, I saw before it was edited lol)
As you leave the tavern to explore the town, you see several things about, though it doesn't seem like anything extraordinary. You see several shops, including a weapons shop, a food merchant, and an art shop. You also see a young boy crying on the fountain in the middle of the square, a hooded figure learning up against the wall of the tavern, and an older woman hunched over a cane and fiddling with something in her bag.
What do you wish to do?
a) Approach the weapons shop
b) Approach the food merchant
c) Approach the art shop
d) Look around for more shops
e) Approach the young boy
f) Approach the hooded figure

As you approach the young boy, he hardly spares you more than a glance. He's sobbing quite a lot, and his face is smudged with dirt and tears.
