The white animal in the corner of the desk lifts its head and regards you with mismatching eyes, one green, one blue. It's a cat.
The boy at the counter appears to be about your age, the nametag on his jacket reads Dashiell.
"Hey, you must be the new employee, Bakery?"
The cat studies you with curiosity but doesn't make any movement or sound.

Dashiell leads you into a narrower, but still spacious hallway, lined with numbered doors.
You stop outside door number 126, and after fishing around a bit in his pockets, he produces an old-fashioned golden key.
"This will be your room for your stay here. Well, it's more of an apartment than a room, you'll be able to go inside in a minute. You can always visit home when or if you ever feel the need, but staying here is much more convenient. And of course, always remember your key!"
He hands you the key and gestures for you to open the door.

She takes out her lighter and lights all five candles, and the circle glows blue. You notice there's a gap in the circle, like one more rune is supposed to fit there. "Get in the circle."

You unlock the room door to reveal a beautiful suite, with a fluffy-looking queen-size bed and a couch, and two hallways leading off from there. There's a giant window taking up one wall, enchanted to show various real-time scenes from the Seven Worlds rather than the nothingness of the void. There's a neat pile of things stacked in the middle of the bed.
"Like it?" asks Dashiell, leaning against the doorframe. "No one can enter unless you invite them in, so it should be a secure place to leave your things," He points to the left hallway. "The kitchen is there, if you'd like to cook, but there's a table where you can order food if you don't feel like cooking." Then pointing in the direction of the right hallway, "That's where the bathroom and closet are. And don't forget to check that out," he says, nodding at the pile of stuff on the bed. "It's basically a bunch of supplies ajd things you'll need."
