The Wyvern huffs, not even checking with you before plonking his head on your lap. His eyes are drooping but the warning is still evident about the consequences of shoving him off just yet.

"Hmm," Skywhisper muses. "How about we head to the islands? Lots to see on the way, and a pretty nice sounding place if I do say so myself."

Nicote rols hiseyes but lets him relax on him. If he can, a rest would be mice about now....

You carry on, moving a little way along the riverbank to find more trout. You do miss some, but the ones you do throw from the river, Crimson catches and makes sure they don't flip back into the water again.

You have four halves now. Pretty much two in total. You could ask Crimson to cook them and eat them now or you could save them for later. You are a little hungry.

I ask Crimson to cook them so I can eat a half and store the rest.

Indeed, as always, most of the stalls are selling weapons. The majority of them are of exceptional craftsmanship - that tells you that none of them are of Centaur make. It just depends on which weapon you want - and if you can pick out a trader who you can trust to give you what you want. Keep in mind that spears and bows are weapons that you are familiar with, of course.

"Food's out," Malindi calls from another room. She brings through plates of meat and other vegetables, handing one to you and a much larger bowl to the Wyvern. "Didn't really know what you ate, so I just presumed you're a carnivore," she says to him. She smiles at you. "Hope you like it. I don't really cook anything fancy because I never have anyone in who I know."

"Well, as long as your food doesn't half choke me to death like it used to, I'm fine," Balthur laughs.

The Wyvern's table manners are as bad as usual, but at least his great big head isn't crushing you anymore.
