Hitari glances at where your pointing, then the rising sun, which is at about 10 o' clock (direction-wise). "Looks right to me. The sun usually shines right at my house in the morning."

He glances up, then goes back to focusing on walking.

Hitari is silent - he seems to be lost in thought quite a lot lately. It's a little awkward.

After what feels like about ten minutes, you start to recognize some of the trees around you - mostly because there's some undergrowth here.

"Oh, shut up," Hitari mutters, almost too quiet for you to hear.

Shiawase tilts her head. "But I was just doing my job. Those people did nothing but complain about how things could be easier if they were alone. Besides, I wasn't the one doing it that time."

She boops the cougar on the nose. "They do say 'be careful what you wish for', no?"

It's at least another ten minutes until you finally meet the end of the trees - and you were right. Hitari's house is. . .well, it's a house. Nothing's changed.

Hitari speeds up and gets to the door, quickly going inside, but leaving the door swinging open. "Oh, thank goodness," you hear him say - barely.

He comes back out, holding his pocketknife. "I thought I broke the thing."

Rin just, uh, stands there. He doesn't quite know how to react.

Hitari folds up the blade and puts it back in the pocket where it belongs. His eye twitches, from either annoyance or tiredness. Probably tiredness??

"I swear, I would actually kill you if I were able to," he mutters, not seeming to realize that seems. . .uh. . .not good? "Why can't you be like Shia and just get a physical form? That would make things a lot easier, Itami."
