the phone stopped ringing as a message popped up saying she had a voice mail from him. she tossed and turned in her sleep on the couch rolling around or groaning murmur of nonsense as she slept.

Nathaniel was within arm's reach of his target with the boy's mistake. He sighed, yanking his handcuffs from his backpack without slowing down, when Eira flew out of the side street and smacked into him. "Aah!" he yelped. Eira had not meant to meet them so... solidly. She slid several feet across the road, attempting to get up, but her ankle wasn't really working. She muttered a string of expletives as she frantically moved awkwardly away from Nathan.

(A couple of the Intuatives escaped jail and are being hidden by another Intuative, and they're just talking. As for the rest, I have no idea.)
