When he finishes he curls tighter round you and the fire, beginning to snore already. Looks like he isn't going to be budged for the rest of the night.
You travel through the day, the sun warm and shining. The weather is much different to what it was before - granted that you probably caused the erratic behaviour.
At around midday you come across a river.
It's wide but quite calm. And it's in your path. Crossing it is the only option - which will be tricky. You're going to have to hope that there is a bridge or a ferry somewhere nearby on the bank. Or you could swim. Depends on the risk you want to take.
I look around and try to make a raft out of what I find.

There are a few trees that are growing on the riverbank, but there aren't that many fallen branches you could use. Plus you don't have and kind of rope you could tie anything together with.

Do you want to get your tent out or just sleep against the Wyvern next to the fire?

(True)
I ask the others if they have any ideas on how to get across.

Just sleep against the wyvern, he's too tired to put up and take down a tent.

Shootingstar huffs, looking along the river.
He says he, Sunfeather and Blazetalon could fly along the river and look for a bridge or something like that, Crimson translates.

Would they be willing to, I ask.

His scales are a little bumpy, but not uncomfortable. He doesn't stir as you lean against him and close your eyes.
"I'll keep watch," is the last thing you hear Balthur say before your exhaustion takes over.
You wake in the morning to it being a little brighter than the night, but still pretty murky. A strange drip-dripping noise echoes nearby, and you realise that it's raining. The fire was put out a while ago and the ground nearby is sodden - but you're dry. You look up to see that the Wyvern's wing is shielding you, his head and Balthur from the rain.
"You didn't sleep for that long. It's only been a few hours since dawn," Balthur says by way of greeting. He nods his head to the Wyvern who is blinking sleepily. "Quite handy in multiple situations, isn't he? Never heard of a Wyvern umbrella before."
