Leah backed away a bit more and walked backwards into the wall. Ouch, that was not a good first impression. "Leah," she said stiffly.

Zev looked around. The other Ishnu all seemed rather busy getting to know their own owners. His ear flicked a bit. Hmm hmm, well, I don't know if any of the other Ishnu are allowed their voice beyond the words that are asked of them. I've taken many a beating for letting my tongue run longer than you humans like. He stated with a shrug. He didn't seem to lose that cheerfulness. He looked down and smiled at Cypress.

I hummed a little, that was good thinking ahead for an Ishnu.
"I suppose thats true, well would you like to accompany me then while I talk to them?" I said beginning to push myself away from the wall I'd been leaning on.

Driscol tilted his head and blinked at his mistress. Was she afraid of him? But why? He wasn't all that intimidating...was he? He stood still and watched her.

I guess so. Ain't got nothing better to do. Besides, it would look funny on your part if you just let me wander around. The most wanderin I ever did was while I tended the fields at the farm and that wasn't much for wanderin. He said. He gave a rather loud laugh.

He stepped back a bit when Morro leaned toward him, after all, tamed or not she was still a beast. " I can confirm you that I am not a bird." His reply a bit more flatly yet without loosing his happy demeanors. " It would be a hassle for me not to sing whatever I want and since I own you, you will hear it often."
He noticed his friend comming closer and wave to him.

Morro nodded, very much on board with the idea of more singing before she straightened up again. It was almost like the talk never happened, the only difference being that what was left of heir tail was once again busy softly swaying.
She was satisfied with the number of words she managed to get out and even more content with those she got in return. Unconventional indeed. The best sort of unconventional, she decided.
Then her attention snapped toward the human walking to them. Cypress, as she recalls. Judging by Gale's open demeanor, there was no cause for concern and she continued on with examining the rest of the thinning crown around them.

Zev waved at Morro. He still had a goofy smile on, making him look a little odd. He did his best to bite his tongue so as not to get in trouble, or get the other Ishnu in trouble, despite how much he wanted to now.
